The Emergency Package: £120.00
We prioritise your call to stop the damage immediately. This fixed fee covers our rapid response and expert diagnosis.
✅ What is Included:
- Rapid Response: Priority attendance (Same Day / Next Morning).
- Immediate Fix: Up to 1 hour of labour to unblock overflows and stop immediate water ingress.
- Diagnosis: If the issue is not a simple blockage, we diagnose the structural fault and report back to you.
⏰ Same Day & Out of Hours Terms
Availability & Safety (Darkness Policy):
We aim to attend all emergency calls on the Same Day. However, strict safety regulations prevent us from using ladders in darkness or severe high winds.
If your call is received late in the evening (dusk/darkness), we will schedule your priority slot for First Thing the Next Morning (from 8:00 AM). The emergency rate still applies as this guarantees you the first slot of the day.
Out of Hours Contact:
If you call outside of standard hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) and receive no answer, please Send a WhatsApp or Text
with your address and a photo of the issue. We monitor these channels and will respond ASAP.
⚠️ Diagnosis & Repair Policy
The £120 fee covers Attendance & Diagnosis.
If we arrive and find the leak is caused by structural defects(e.g., broken brackets, poor installation, or rot) that cannot be fixed within the hour, the fee still applies for the diagnosis. We will make the area safe where possible and provide a quote for the full repair.
